She'll talk to us today on the topic of substitute decision-makers for property and personal care. Shaheynoor was born in Dhaka, Bangladesh. She obtained her B.A. in Biology from Carleton College in Minnesota in 2004. She moved to Toronto in the same year and pursued a M.Sc. in Molecular Biology at the University of Toronto. She worked as a research associate for a few years and then pursued her law degree at the University of Ottawa. Shaheynoor became a lawyer in 2013. Her legal practice includes representing estate trustees, trustees of trusts, beneficiaries of estates and trusts, and corporations.
