We are pleased to have you as a guest speaker at a meeting of the Toronto East Rotary Club

1. Where is the meeting location and what is the starting time?

We meet at 12:30pm at Whistler's Bar and Grille located at 995 Broadview Avenue, just at the corner of Broadview and Pottery Road. The meeting is upstairs in the banquet hall. Please arrive at 12:15pm to allow for any setup that may be required as well as to meet the members and guests of the Toronto East Rotary Club prior to the meeting.

2. How much time do I have to speak?

You will have about 20-30 minutes to speak. If you require more time, please let us know and we will try and accomodate you by speeding up the other parts of the meeting. It is a good idea to leave a few minutes for questions at the end of your presentation.

3. Who is my audience?

We are a group of professionals convering a wide variety of professions all with a common interest in helping our community. Typically our audience ranges in size from 20-30 people. Every member of our club does get a weekly bulletin where your presentation will be documented. Your presentation should be informative and interesting.
