Join us for a special luncheon as we host local church leaders who will share with us their outlook on the needs of the local community.

Pastor Jim Parker - Bethany Baptist Church since 1996.  Chairperson of East York Strategy, Pape Village Business Improvement Area, Chaplain for 54 Division, Toronto Police Services, Community Policing Liaison Committee for 54 Division.

Rabbi Miriam Margles – Danforth Jewish Circle since 2010Artist, educator, and activist, Rabbi Miriam earned a master’s degree in Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School and a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in creative writing from York University in Toronto. Co-founder of Encounter, dedicated to strengthening the capacity of the Jewish people to be constructive agents of change in transforming the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Pastor Tim Reimer - Danforth Mennonite Church since 1999

Rev. Sarah Miller - Eastminster United Church since 2008. Received her Master of Divinity from Emmanuel College and a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies and Human Biology from the University of Toronto. A life-long resident of the east end of Toronto.
